摘要
目的探究老年良性前列腺增生患者的健康行为、自我护理能力与生活质量间三者间的关系,为提高老年良性前列腺增生患者的生活质量提供依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,于2017年4月至2018年12月将锦州医科大学附属第一医院泌尿外科253名老年良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,采用一般人口学资料、中文版健康行为能力自评量表、中文修正版自我护理能力评估量表和修订版良性前列腺增生症患者生活质量量表进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 21.0和AMOS22.0进行统计学分析。结果(1)老年良性前列腺增生患者健康行为得分为(58.29±11.04)分,自我护理能力得分为(48.84±7.39)分,生活质量得分为(98.36±15.79)分;(2)健康行为与自我护理能力得分呈正相关(r=0.469,P<0.05);健康行为与生活质量得分呈正相关(r=0.498,P<0.05);自我护理能力与生活质量得分呈正相关(r=0.474,P<0.05);(3)Bootstrap法验证了健康行为在老年良性前列腺增生患者自我护理能力与生活质量间有中介效应,中介效应占总效应的46.5%。结论健康行为在自我护理能力与生活质量间起到部分中介作用,自我护理能力主要通过健康行为间接作用于老年良性前列腺增生患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the relationship among health practice,self-care ability and quality of life in the elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,providing a basis for improving the quality of life.Methods From April 2017 to December 2018,a total of 253 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the Urinary Socrgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were selected by convenience sampling.General demographic data,Chinese version of the Self-rating Scale for Health Practice,Chinese version of the revised Self-care Ability Assessment Scale and the revised version of the Quality of Life Scale for Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.SPSS21.0 and AMOS22.0 were used for statistical analysis.Results(1)The scores of health practice,self-care ability and quality of life of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were(58.29±11.04),(48.84±7.39)and(98.36±15.79),respectively;(2)health practice was positively correlated with self-care ability(r=0.469,P<0.05),health practice was positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.498,P<0.05)and self-care ability was positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.474,P<0.05);(3)bootstrap method verified the mediating effect of health practice between self-care ability and quality of life in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,and the intermediate effect accounted for 46.5%of the total effect.Conclusion Health practice plays a partial mediating role between self-care ability and quality of life.Self-care ability mainly indirectly affects the quality of life of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia through health practice.
