摘要
高转速发电电动机一般通过安装转子磁极极间挡块结构来降低转子线圈在离心力作用下的变形和应力,但机组高速旋转时转子磁极极间挡块结构自身的安全性也不能被忽视。本文以蒲石河抽水蓄能机组发电电动机为研究对象,分析了其磁极挡块结构在各种工况下的变形、应力和疲劳寿命,并对几种假设的由于安装产生的偏差状态进行了分析研究。结果发现,在不考虑机组安装偏差时,磁极挡块结构有足够的安全余量,但随着安装偏差逐渐增大,当侧向偏差大于1.0mm时,挡块结构中的部件将出现失效现象。本研究确定了该电站发电电动机磁极挡块的极限安装偏差,可为抽水蓄能机组在安装和机组检修期间挡块结构正确安装提供指导,防范运行事故发生。
Rotor coil block can reduce the deformation and stress of rotor coil under centrifugal force by installing rotor magnetic pole for high speed generator,but the safety of rotor coil block structure can not be ignored when the unit is rotating at high speed.This paper takes the electric motor of Pushihe pumped-storage unit as the research object,analyzes the deformation,stress and fatigue life of the rotor coil block structure under various load conditions,and analyzes the deviation state of several assumptions due to installation.The research show that when the installation deviation of the unit is not considered,the magnetic pole block structure has enough safety margin,but as the installation deviation increases gradually,when the lateral deviation is greater than 1.0mm,the components in the block structure will fail.This study determines the limit installation deviation of the magnetic pole block of the electric motor of the power station,which can provide guidance for the correct installation of the block structure during the installation and maintenance of the pumped storage unit and prevent the occurrence of operation accidents.
