摘要
对新型研发机构在文科院校中的发展定位及评价展开讨论。随机选取某文科院校哲学、文学、法学、经济学、教育学专业的学生(硕士和博士)、教师及机构科研人员作为问卷调查对象,从调研结果看,文科院校大部分师生及研发机构的科研人员认为自身所在院校的新型研发机构与院校的合作较为紧密,能够实现产教研深度合作与融合及较好地发挥科研职能。文科院校大部分师生及研发机构的科研人员认为自身所在院校的新型研发机构科研经费充裕或尚能保持平衡,十分重视或较为重视新型研发机构的建设,在总体水平上,文科院校的师生及研发机构的科研人员对自身所在院校新型研发机构的评价处于中等偏高水平。未来,还需要不断明确新型研发机构的定位,优化机构中的人员结构,促进科研成果转化,加快推进科技与产业的融合发展。
The study discusses the orientation and evaluation of new research and development institutions in liberal arts colleges,and randomly selects the students(masters and doctors)of philosophy,literature,law,economics and education major,teachers and institutional researchers of a college of liberal arts as the questionnaire survey objects.Most teachers,students and institutional researchers in liberal arts colleges think that there is close relationship between new research and development institutions and colleges.This can realize the deep cooperation and integration of industry,teaching and research,and better play the role of research and research.Teachers,students,and institutional researchers in liberal arts colleges think that the research capital of new research and development institutions of their colleges is sufficient or keeps balance,and they pay attention or relatively pay attention to the construction of new research and development institutions.In general,the evaluation of teachers,students and institutional researchers in liberal arts colleges on new research and development institutions in their colleges is at middle and high level.In the future,it is necessary to continuously clarify the orientation of new research and development institutions,optimize personnel structure of the institutions,promote the transformation of scientific research achievements,and increase the integration development of technology and industry.
