摘要
针对职业教育特点,以产教融合为主线,以杨凌职业技术学院水利工程学院中水学院为例,从明确办学定位、搭建合作平台、建设开放型实验室、打造教师队伍、开办订单培养、破解书证融通等6个方面阐述了该校水利工程专业群统筹教育教学、地方经济发展和行业发展的工作实践。通过中水学院建设,在教育教学、团队成长、办学品牌、助力发展等方面均成绩显著。实践表明,做好职业教育的产教融合,首先要对准产业和地方需求,其次是要建立“学-产”动态交流机制,最后是要坚持立德树人这个出发点和落脚点。
Aiming at the characteristics of vocational education,and focusing on the integration of production and education,taking the Zhongshui College of Yangling Vocational and Technical College as an example,the practice of water conservancy professional groups coordinating the work of education and teaching,local economic development and industry development was explained from six aspects,including clarifying the orientation of running a school,building a cooperation platform,building an open laboratory,building a faculty team,opening an order training,and cracking the book certificate.Through the construction of Zhongshui College,outstanding achievements have been made in education and teaching,team growth,school branding,and development assistance.School running practice believes that to do a good job in the integration of industry and education in vocational education,we must first target industry and local needs,secondly,establish a dynamic exchange mechanism of“learning-industry”,and finally improve the starting point and goal of moral education.
