摘要
介绍了一款应用于汽车板簧的水性防腐涂料,通过成膜物的选择与搭配、防锈颜料的选择以及颜基比的控制,解决目前广泛存在的板簧行业的涂料低温成膜性差冬季施工受影响、硬度提升慢下线码垛受影响、高温易黏连影响夏季码垛存放以及耐腐蚀性难达标等问题。
This paper introduces a kind of waterborne anticorrosive coatings applied to automotive leaf springs.Through the selection and matching of film-forming materials,the selection of anti-rust pigments and the control of the pigment/binder ratio,it can solve the problems of poor low temperature film formation of coatings prevalent in the leaf spring industry affecting application in winter,slow rise in hardness affecting offline stacking,easy adhesion at high temperature affecting stacking storage in summer,and corrosion resistance hardly meeting the standard.
