摘要
应对全球气候变化的问题,不是只关乎一个或几个国家,而是世界各个国家的共同事业,因此解决气候问题需要世界各国共同联手、共同努力。现阶段,中国基本上实现了工业化和城市化,但是全面实现工业化和城市化还需要一段时间,在此情况下,中国宣布的2060年前实现双碳的愿景目标充分展现了中国作为大国的责任和担当,在双碳目标实现的过程中,中国经济社会面临着多重挑战。本文分析了实现碳达峰、碳中和给经济社会带来的机遇和挑战,提出了实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的必要性,并对机遇和挑战进行了相关论述,最后提出实现碳达峰、碳中和的可行性发展路径。
On the issue of addressing global climate change,it is not just the responsibility of one country or a few countries,but it is a common cause of all countries in the world,so solving climate change requires all countries in the world to join hands and work together.At this stage,China has basically achieved industrialization and urbanization,but it will take some time to fully realize industrialization and urbanization.Under this circumstance,China’s announced vision of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality by 2060 fully demonstrates China’s responsibility and commitment as a huge country,and in the process of achieving the goals,China’s economic and social development are facing multiple challenges.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges for economic and social development in achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality,proposes the necessity of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality,discusses the opportunities and challenges,and finally puts forward feasible development paths for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
