摘要
文章提出了一种基于逆变器的永磁同步电机模拟系统,该系统可在电机驱动测试中取代实际电机和机械测试平台。文章采用亚当斯法建立永磁同步电机的数学模型,模拟电机可实时计算出当前时刻电流和转速等电机状态量。采用改进内模控制器,控制逆变器准确跟踪指令电流,保证电机模拟器电流跟踪的快速性和准确性。设计的龙伯格转矩预估观测器,使电机产生高频脉动转矩以抵消电机转矩的波动。对设计的电机模拟器进行空载启动、突加负载两种典型运行状态的验证,仿真结果表明该电机模拟系统性能良好,能够准确高效地模拟永磁同步电机电机端口的电流特性。
A simulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on inverter is proposed in this paper,which can replace the actual motor and mechanical test platform in motor driver test.This paper adopts the Adams method to establish the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.The simulated motor can calculate the current state of the motor such as current and speed in real time.An improved internal model controller is used to control the inverter to accurately track the command current to ensure the speed and accuracy of the current tracking of the motor simulator.The designed Romberg torque estimation observer enables the motor to generate high-frequency pulsating torque to offset the fluctuation of the motor torque.The two typical working conditions of no-load start and sudden load are verified on the designed motor simulator.The simulation results show that the motor simulation system has good performance and can accurately and efficiently simulate the current of the motor port of the permanent magnet synchronous motor characteristic.
