摘要
乡村产业结构升级,是推动乡村振兴战略有效落实的重要途径。随着“五通下乡”政策的全面落实,大部分乡村已经实现了网络覆盖,这就为乡村电商的发展奠定了坚实的基础。电商助农概念的提出,是乡村产业振兴由“输血式”向“造血式”转变的重要推动力,借助电商助农政策,构建乡村产业多元化发展新格局。实际发展乡村电商产业过程中,由于受到各种外部因素的影响,导致乡村电商助农发展面临重重困难。相关工作人员需要分析造成电商助农发展困境的深层次原因,针对乡村电商助农效应进行实证检验,并结合乡村实际情况,制定具有针对性的电商助农发展新策略,充分发挥电商产业的带头作用,提升乡村居民收入水平,实现乡村经济的健康稳定发展。
upgrading the rural industrial structure is an important way to promote the effective implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.With the full implementation of the"five links to the countryside"policy,most villages have achieved network coverage,which has laid a solid foundation for the development of rural e-commerce.The concept of e-commerce helping agriculture is an important driving force for the transformation of rural industry revitalization from"blood transfusion"to"hematopoiesis".With the help of e-commerce helping agriculture policy,a new pattern of diversified development of rural industry is built.In the actual process of developing the rural e-commerce industry,due to the influence of various external factors,the development of rural e-commerce to help agriculture is facing many difficulties.Relevant staff need to analyze the deep-seated causes of the difficulties in the development of e-commerce for agriculture,conduct empirical tests on the effects of rural e-commerce for agriculture,and formulate targeted new strategies for the development of e-commerce for agriculture in combination with the actual situation in rural areas,give full play to the leading role of e-commerce industry,improve the income level of rural residents,and achieve the healthy and stable development of rural economy.
