基于STM32的货车钩高测量装置的设计与优化

Design and Optimization of Coupler Height Measuring Device Based on STM32

摘要 为了改善铁路货车钩高测量存在的劳动强度大、卡尺易卡死、刻度使用复杂等问题引起的测量数据不准确、操作费时费力,基于STM32设计了具有时间显示、工号输入、高度测量并语音播报、数据存储等功能的超声波测量装置。针对环境温湿度变化产生的测量误差,采用黑猩猩优化算法优化的BP神经网络模型进行补偿优化,将测量精度提高到±5 mm,并通过模拟实验进行精度验证。验证结果显示,该超声波测量装置满足生产现场对精度±10 mm的要求,且结构简单、使用方便,具有较好的人机交互性能。 There are many problems in the measurement of the coupler height of railway freight cars,such as high labor intensity,easy jamming of calipers,and complex use of scales,which lead to inaccurate measurement data and time-consuming and laborious operation.In order to solve these problems,based on STM32,an ultrasonic measuring device with functions of time display,job number input,height measurement and voice broadcasting,data storage and so on is designed.In view of the measurement error caused by the change of ambient temperature and humidity,the BP neural network model optimized by the chimpanzee optimization algorithm is used to compensate and optimize.The measurement accuracy is improved to±5 mm and verified by simulation experiments.The verification results show that the ultrasonic measuring device meets the requirements of the production site for accuracy of±10 mm.The device is simple in structure,easy to use and has good human-computer interaction performance.
