摘要
目的探讨穴位敷贴联合系统性护理对肿瘤热疗患者的疗效的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2021年5月黑龙江省大庆市龙南医院血液肿瘤内科肿瘤热疗患者84例,根据患者的入院日期顺序分为试验组44例和对照组40例。试验组由医师在患者入院当日行穴位定位,护士对患者行穴位敷贴联合系统性护理的治疗措施;对照组行常规护理。治疗2周后,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估2组患者焦虑状况,采用抑郁状况自评量表(SDS)评估2组患者抑郁状况,采用t检验比较2组的SAS评分与SDS评分。采用χ^(2)检验比较2组护理满意率和治疗依从率的差异。结果(1)焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分结果:治疗2周后,试验组SAS评分[(33.4±2.3)分]显著低于对照组[(49.8±5.7)分],差异具有统计学意义(t=15.27,P<0.05);抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分结果:治疗2周后,试验组患者SDS评分[(31.5±2.7)分]显著低于对照组[(47.9±5.4)分],差异具有统计学意义(t=15.19,P<0.05);(2)依从良好率比较:治疗2周试验组依从良好率(97.72%)高于对照组(82.50%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.638,P<0.05);(3)护理满意度比较:经过穴位敷贴和系统性护理,试验组患者护理满意度(94.45%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.772,P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴联合系统性护理能缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,且可提升热疗依从性,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with systematic nursing on,hyperthermia compliance and nursing satisfaction in patients with tumor hyperthermia.Methods From January 2020 to May 2021,84 patients with hyperthermia in the Department of hematology and oncology,Longnan hospital,Daqing city,Heilongjiang province,were selected and divided into the experimental group of 44 cases and the control group of 40 cases according to their admission dates.In the experimental group,physicians performed acupoint positioning on the day of admission,and nurses performed acupoint sticking combined with systematic nursing while the control group received routine nursing.After 2 weeks of treatment,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)was used to evaluate the anxiety status of the two groups,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)was used to evaluate the depression status of the two groups,and the t test was used to compare the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups.Theχ^(2) test was used to compare the differences in nursing satisfaction rate and treatment compliance rate between the two groups.Results(1)Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS score:After 2 weeks of treatment,the SAS score of the experimental group(33.4±2.3)was significantly lower than that of the control group(49.8±5.7),and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.27,P<0.05);Self-rating depression scale(SDS)score results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the SDS score of the experimental group(31.5±2.7)was significantly lower than that of the control group(47.9±5.4),and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.19,P<0.05);(2)compliance comparison of good rate:The good compliance rate of the experimental group(97.72%)was higher than that of the control group(82.5%)after 2 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.638,P<0.05);(3)comparison of nursing satisfaction:after acupoints For application and systematic nursing,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group(94.45%)was higher than that in the control group(80%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.772,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application therapy combined with systematic nursing,has the effect of alleviating anxious and depressive emotions and improving the good compliance rate and nursing satisfaction in hyperthermia patients,and thus is worthy of clinical application.
