摘要
目的比较长波紫外线与窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗银屑病的效果。方法按照随机数表法将2018年4月至2021年1月本院收治的68例银屑病患者分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组接受窄谱中波紫外线治疗,观察组接受长波紫外线治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,观察组的外周血及局部皮损组织中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,观察组的外周血及局部皮损组织中白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论长波紫外线治疗银屑病的效果显著,可调节细胞免疫及T淋巴细胞分布,值得推广。
Objective To compare the effects of ultraviolet A and narrow-band ultraviolet B in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods A total of 68 patients with psoriasis admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to January 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B,while the observation group was treated with ultraviolet A.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in peripheral blood and local skin lesions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the level of interleukin-4(IL-4)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in peripheral blood and local skin lesions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultraviolet A has a significant effect in the treatment of psoriasis,it can regulate cell immunity and T lymphocyte distribution,which is worthy of promotion.
