摘要
高校教育领域是信息服务的重要应用场景,也是先进的信息与通信技术的重要应用环境。文章分析了现有高校信息服务系统在主要业务场景中存在的问题,提出了一种引入先进的物联网与数字孪生技术的智能化高校信息服务系统与统一平台架构,以实现更精细全面的数据采集、更精准的实时数字孪生和更高质量的基础数据服务,支撑现有基础信息服务与更智能的复杂信息服务,为高校信息化长期演进提供信息基础设施。
The field of higher education is an important application scenario for information services and advanced information technologies.This paper analyzes the existing problems of the information service systems in the higher education institutions,and proposes an intelligent information service system and its unified platform architecture with introducing advanced Internet of Things and digital twin technologies,so as to achieve a more refined and comprehensive data collection,more accurate real-time digital twins,and higher-quality basic data services.The proposed system and platform architecture will effectively and intelligently support information services in higher education institutions,and provide them with strong information infrastructure for the long-term informatization and evolution.
