摘要
针对故障模式对部件可靠性及部件对整机可靠性的危害度分析问题和薄弱环节的确定问题,在失效模式及影响分析(FMEA)的基础上,引入危害度分析(CA),运用逻辑思想分层次建立故障发生概率与故障模式危害度之间的数学关系式,获得故障模式对部件可靠性的危害度及部件对整机可靠性的危害度,确定了薄弱环节。对于准确地定位故障,确定故障机理,制定改进措施来及时地纠正并形成闭环控制,研究故障发生和发展规律,提高产品合格水平随时间的保持能力具有重要的意义。
Aiming at the analysis of criticality of failure mode to the reliability of component and the criticality of components to the reliability of the whole machine and the determination of weak links, based on the FMEA and CA, the criticality of the failure mode to the reliability of components and the mathematical relation between the probability of failure occurrence and the hazard degree of failure mode is established by logic thought at different levels, and the criticality of components to the whole machine are obtained, and the weak links are determined. It is of great significance to accurately locate the fault, determine the fault mechanism, formulate improvement measures to correct and form closed-loop control in time, study the law of occurrence and development of faults, and improve the ability to maintain product qualification levels over time.
