摘要
全球汽车行业正在加速向电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化迈进,为上游的轮胎制造提出新机遇、新挑战。全球轮胎企业近年来纷纷发布数字化转型战略,这些战略能否高效落地,已成为企业取得竞争优势的核心要素。文章对全球标杆轮胎企业全价值链的数字化转型实践进行分析,总结轮胎企业数字化转型的方法论。并根据多年数字化建设及应用经验,利用对标分析法提出SAP-ERP全价值链数字化转型的关键要点。通过对标国际一流企业最佳实践分析,文章提出研究轮胎制造企业数字化创新及转型发展的理论,为探讨国内轮胎产业数字化、数字轮胎产业化融合发展指明路径。
The global automobile industry is accelerating towards the connected,autonomous,shared and electric,posing many new opportunities and challenges for the upstream tire companies.In recent years,major global tire enterprises have released digital transformation strategies.Whether these strategies can be implemented effectively,has become the core investigation factor for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.The digital transformation practice of the global benchmark tire enterprises is analyzed,and the methodology of the digital transformation of the tire enterprises is summarized.According years of experience in the system implementation,the key points of the digital transformation of the SAP-ERP full value chain are obtained by using the standard analysis method.Through the practical analysis of international first-class enterprises,this paper puts forward the theory of digital innovation and transformation development of domestic tire enterprises,and points out the path to explore the digital tire industry and the integration development of digital tire industrialization.
