同一任务情境下大学生跨屏信息搜索影响因素研究 被引量:2

The Influencing Factors of Cross Screen Information Search of College Students in the Same Task Situation

摘要 跨设备信息检索是跨屏行为领域的优先研究课题。对同一任务情境下大学生跨屏信息搜索影响机制进行探究,有利于企业针对用户的跨屏信息搜索需求提供更好的跨屏检索服务。文章通过访谈质性分析整合出初步影响因子,再结合创新扩散理论、任务技术适配模型和期望确认模型等理论,构建同一任务情境下大学生跨屏信息搜索影响因素理论研究模型,采用结构方程对影响因素模型进行实证分析,进一步提供跨屏信息搜索优化路径策略。研究表明,任务技术适配为跨屏信息搜索服务提供了重要外部动力,服务质量是主要保障,跨设备检索作为信息检索的新方式,相对优势显著,兼容性是助推器,同时,用户的自我效能感和结果预期对促进跨屏信息搜索也有积极作用。 Cross device information retrieval is a new topic in cross screen behavior research. Based on multiple theoretical hypotheses, this paper explores the influencing factors of cross screen information search of college students in the same task situation, which is conducive to enterprises to provide better cross screen search services for users’ cross screen information search needs. Based on the model of IDT, TTF and Expectation Confirmation, combined with qualitative analysis of interviews, this paper constructs a theoretical research model on the influencing factors of cross screen information search of college students in the same task context, and conducts an empirical analysis on the influencing factor model by using questionnaires and structural equation model. The research shows that task technology adaptation provides an important external power for cross screen information search service, and service quality is the main guarantee. As a new way of information retrieval, cross device retrieval has significant comparative advantages, and compatibility is a booster. At the same time, user’s self-efficacy and result expectation also play a positive role in promoting cross screen information search.
