摘要
商用汽车阀门故障会影响商务汽车的使用,也会缩短商务汽车的使用寿命。通过分析商用车阀门的故障,探讨商用车阀门故障的原因,阐述了阀门诊断与故障的基本排除方法和过程,进而根据发动机阀门控制系统的类型和作用,明确发动机阀门的工作原理和工作过程。以商用汽车汽油机为例,诊断阀门故障并提供相应的解决策略,论述阀门故障对发动机的影响,并分析具体的故障原因,可为商用汽车后续发展提供参考。
The valve failure of commercial vehicles will not only affect the use of commercial vehicles, but also reduce the service life of commercial vehicles. This paper analyzes the valve failure of commercial vehicles, identifies the causes of the valve failure of commercial vehicles, grasps the basic troubleshooting methods and processes of valve diagnosis and failure, and defines the working principle and process of engine valves according to the type and function of engine valve control system. Taking the commercial automobile gasoline engine as an example, the valve fault is diagnosed, and the corresponding solutions are provided.The influence of valve fault on the engine is discussed, and the specific fault causes are analyzed, which provides some help for the subsequent development of commercial vehicles.
