摘要
高血压是一种由多种病因相互作用所致的复杂的以动脉血压持续升高为特征的进行性“心血管综合征”,好发于中老年人。根据其临床表现,可归属中医学“眩晕”“头痛”范畴,结合其发病特点及临床实践观察,认为肝肾阴虚是高血压性眩晕的重要病机,治疗上应注意顾护肝肾之阴。本文总结了肝肾二者之间的关系、肝肾阴虚与高血压性眩晕的关系,及肝肾阴虚型高血压性眩晕的治疗,并附医案1则,以期能对高血压性眩晕的中医治疗提供思路。
Hypertension is a complex progressive “cardiovascular syndrome” characterized by continuous increase of arterial blood pressure,which is caused by the interaction of multiple etiologies.It often occurs in the middle aged and old people.According to its clinical manifestations,it can be classified into the categories of “vertigo” and “headache” in traditional Chinese medicine.Combined with its pathogenesis characteristics and clinical practice observation,it is considered that Yin deficiency of liver and kidney is an important pathogenesis of hypertensive vertigo,and attention should be paid to protecting the Yin of liver and kidney in treatment.This article summarized the relationship between liver and kidney,the relationship between liver and kidney Yin deficiency and hypertension vertigo,and the treatment of hypertension vertigo of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.A medical record is attached in order to provide ideas for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hypertensive vertigo.
