摘要
本文以哈长城市群为研究区域,选取合理指标构建城镇化及生态环境的综合评价体系,利用熵值法确定权重,并对其综合评价,在此基础上构建耦合协调模型,将其分为严重不协调,基本不协调,基本协调,中度协调,高度协调。在时间尺度上,自2013年以来,除大庆市之外,哈长城市群的其他城市的耦合协调程度都有所提升,耦合协调程度最高的城市为长春市,在2020年达到了高度协调,四平市和绥化市的耦合协调等级一直处于基本不协调,未能协调城镇化和生态环境的发展。在空间尺度上,中部核心城市哈尔滨市和长春市的耦合协调程度一直比较高,起到了核心城市的带头作用,东南部城市的耦合协调度整体上优于西北部城市。
This paper takes Harbin-Changsha urban agglomeration as the research area,selects reasonable indicators to build a comprehensive evaluation system of urbanization and ecological environment,determines the weights by entropy method,and evaluates them comprehensively.On this basis,it builds a coupling coordination model,which can be divided into serious uncoordinated,basically uncoordinated,basically coordinated,moderately coordinated and highly coordinated.On the time scale,since 2013,except Daqing,the coupling and coordination degree of other cities in Harbin-Changsha urban agglomeration has improved.The city with the highest coupling and coordination degree is Changchun,which reached a high degree of coordination in 2020.The coupling and coordination level of Siping and Suihua has been basically uncoordinated,failing to coordinate the development of urbanization and ecological environment.On the spatial scale,the degree of coupling and coordination between Harbin and Changchun,the core cities in central China,has been relatively high,which has played a leading role in the core cities.On the whole,the degree of coupling and coordination of southeast cities is better than that of northwest cities.
