摘要
目的分析加强院感医护感控员的培训对医院感染管理的质量所产生的影响。方法以2019年7月—2020年6月为研究时间段,以在此期间在职的20名院感医护感控员及收治的1000名患者为研究对象,将培训前、培训后收治的患者分为对照组和观察组,各500例。对比2组医院感染管理质量。结果观察组院内感染率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组感控员管理水平评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组感控员考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强对院感医护感控员的培训,可提升医院感染管理效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening the training of hospital infection control staff on the quality of nosocomial infection management.Methods From July 2019 to June 2020,20 hospital infection medical staff and 1000 patients were selected as the research objects.Before and after the implementation of strengthening training,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 500 cases in each group.The quality of hospital infection management was compared between the two groups.Results The nosocomial infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The management level scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the training of nosocomial infection control staff can improve the effect of hospital infection management.
