摘要
卵黄抗体(IgY)是禽类受特异性抗原刺激后在卵黄中形成多克隆抗体,具有较强大的免疫功能。近年来,在水产动物病害防控研究方面引起了广泛关注。阐述了IgY的结构、优势、作用机理等内容,对IgY在水产动物细菌性、病毒性疾病防治中的应用进行了综述,对其研究应用做出了展望。
Immunoglobulin of yolk(IgY),a polyclonal antibody,has a strong immune function formed in egg yolk after stimulated by specific antigen,which has attracted wide attention in the prevention and control of aquatic animal diseases in recent years.The paper expounds the structure,advantages and mechanism of action of IgY,and reviews the application of IgY in the prevention and treatment of bacterial and viral diseases in aquatic animals,making a prospect for its research and application.
