摘要
我国文物资源多处于自然灾害多发区,自然灾害对不可移动文物易造成严重的破坏,开展文物脆弱性研究是风险评估与防灾减灾的关键,而明确不可移动文物脆弱性的概念和内涵是脆弱性评估的基础。文章通过梳理分析已有的风险脆弱性概念,并将其与不可移动文物价值特点与保护实践相结合,提出“不可移动文物脆弱性”的概念,明确其影响因素、内涵和特点,为不可移动文物的脆弱性评估及预防性保护提供理论基础。
Many of the cultural heritage resources in China are located in areas of frequent natural disasters,which can cause serious damage to immovable cultural heritage.Research on the vulnerability of cultural heritage is the key to risk assessment and disaster prevention and mitigation.Defining the concept and connotation of the vulnerability of immovable cultural heritage is the basis of vulnerability assessment.By sorting out and analyzing the existing concept of risk vulnerability,and combining it with the value characteristics of immovable cultural heritage and protection practice,this paper proposes the concept of“immovable cultural heritage vulnerability”,clearly delineates its influencing factors,connotation and characteristics,and provides a theoretical basis for the vulnerability assessment and preventive protection of immovable cultural heritage.
