摘要
选择儿茶、赤芍、没药3种中草药作为研究对象,测定3种中草药的燃烧热、燃烧稳定性及脂肪、灰分、粗纤维、微量元素的含量。结果表明,3种中草药的燃烧热大小顺序为:没药>赤芍>儿茶;燃烧稳定性排序为:儿茶>赤芍>没药;脂肪含量大小顺序为:没药>儿茶>赤芍;灰分含量大小顺序为:没药>赤芍>儿茶;粗纤维含量大小顺序为:没药>赤芍>儿茶;燃烧热、燃烧性(中草药的燃烧稳定性)、脂肪含量、灰分、粗纤维、微量元素含量多指标的顺序为:没药>儿茶>赤芍。研究了建立3种中草药的多指标分析及评价体系,为大规模开发中草药资源以及中草药分类研究提供了科学依据。
Three chinese herbal medicines,including Catechu,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Myrrha,were selected as the research objects.The combustion heat,combustion stability,fat,ash,crude fiber and trace element contents of 3 chinese herbal medicines were determined.The results showed that the order of combustion heat of the three chinese herbal medicines was Myrrha>Radix Paeoniae Rubra>Catechu;The order of combustion stability was Catechu>Radix Paeoniae Rubra>Myrrha;The order of fat content(%)was Myrrha>Catechu>Radix Paeoniae Rubra;The order of ash content was Myrrha>Radix Paeoniae Rubra>Catechu;The order of crude fiber content was Myrrha>Radix Paeoniae Rubra>Catechu;The order of multiple indexes like combustion heat,combustibility(combustion stability of chinese herbal medicines),fat content,ash,crude fiber,trace element contents was Myrrha>Catechu>Radix Paeoniae Rubra.In this study,the multi-index analysis and evaluation system of 3 chinese herbal medicines established can provide a strong scientific basis for the large-scale development of chinese herbal medicine resources and the classification of Chinese herbal medicines.
