摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨丹芪祛瘀止痛颗粒对慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者血清相关指标的影响。方法选取2019年11月—2020年12月期间黑龙江省中医药科学院南岗分院收治的98例慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组49例(给予丹芪祛瘀止痛颗粒治疗)和对照组49例(给予摩罗丹治疗)。两组患者均治疗28 d。观察治疗后两组患者临床疗效,对比治疗前后两组患者中医证候积分、胃蛋白酶原I(Pepsinogen,PGI)、胃蛋白酶原II(Pepsinogen,PGII)、白细胞介素-32(Interleukin-32,IL-32)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)、胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)、胃动素(Motilin,MTL)、表皮生长因子(Epidermal growth factor,EGF)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者胃脘胀满、胃痛、口淡、懒言、气短、食少积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组胃脘胀满、胃痛、口淡、懒言、气短、食少积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清PGI、MTL水平均高于治疗前,PGII、GAS、EGF水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组血清PGI、MTL水平高于对照组,PGII、GAS、EGF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清CGRP水平高于治疗前,IL-32、CRP水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血清CGRP水平高于对照组,IL-32、CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹芪祛瘀止痛颗粒能够有效调节慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者PGI、PGII、IL-32、CRP、CGRP、GAS、MTL、EGF水平,发挥调节胃黏膜腺体功能、改善胃黏膜炎性损伤、降低炎症反应等作用,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Danqi Quyu Zhitong Granules on serum indexes of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis who were treated in Nangang Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected and were randomized into the observation group(49 cases,Danqi Quyu Zhitong Granules,28 days)and control group(49 cases,Moluodan,28 days)with the random number table method.The clinical efficacy was observed after treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and levels of pepsinogen I(PGI),pepsinogen II(PGII),interleukin-32(IL-32),C-reactive protein(CRP),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),and epidermal growth factor(EGF)were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of epigastric distention and fullness,stomachache,bland taste in mouth,disinclination to talk,shortness of breath,and low food intake after treatment were lower than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05)and lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum PGI and MTL were higher,and the levels of PGII,GAS,and EGF were lower than those before the treatment in both groups(P<0.05)and in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum CGRP level was higher and levels of IL-32 and CRP were lowerthan those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05)and in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danqi Quyu Zhitong Granules can effectively regulate the levels of PGI,PGII,IL-32,CRP,CGRP,GAS,MTL,and EGF in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis,modulate gastric mucosal gland function,and alleviate gastric mucosal inflammatory damage and inflammation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
