摘要
利用高温压缩实验研究了变形温度和应变速率对耐蚀合金NS334热变形的影响,并绘制了应力-应变曲线。通过对曲线拟合与分析,得到NS334加工硬化率与应力之间的关系曲线,进而判定动态再结晶临界应力及临界应变。同时利用再结晶临界应变与Zener-Holomon参数间数学关系,确定NS334的Sellars动态再结晶临界应变预测模型为lnεc=0.1127lnZ-7.60。
The effects of deformation temperature and strain rate on the thermal deformation of corrosion resistant alloy NS334 are investigated by high temperature compression experiments and stress-strain curve is plotted.By fitting and analyzing the curve,the relation curve between the work hardening rate and the stress of NS334 is obtained,and then the critical stress and critical strain of dynamic recrystallization are determined.Based on the mathematical relationship between recrystallization critical strain and Zener-Holomon parameters,the prediction model of dynamic recrystallization critical strain of NS334 is determined as lnεc=0.1127 lnZ-7.60.
