摘要
尾矿库大多采用土工布作为排渗材料,这种传统的土工材料易导致细粒尾砂淤堵。实际工程证明,大孔径有纺反滤材料中的白钢网对细粒尾砂具有良好的排渗性能。采用离散元方法在细观层面揭示了白钢网的排渗机理,并探究了白钢网的渗流特征和反滤模式。模拟结果证明:在渗流过程中,白钢网允许部分细颗粒流失,粗颗粒土骨架形成较稳定且疏松的拱状结构,进而提升近管地层的渗透系数,提高排渗效率,不易造成淤堵。白钢网外形成的疏松拱结构具有一定的稳定性,在一定范围内增大渗流过程中的水头只会加速反滤拱的形成,不会破坏拱结构。
Tailings pond mostly uses geotextile as drainage material,and this traditional geotextile is easy to cause siltation of fine tailings.The actual project has proved that the white steel mesh in the spun reverse filtration material with large pore size has a good drainage performance for fine tailings.The discrete element method was used to reveal the drainage mechanism of the white steel mesh at the meso level,and the seepage characteristics and reverse filtration mode of the white steel mesh were explored.The simulation results show that during the seepage process,the white steel mesh allows part of the fine particles to be lost,and the coarse soil skeleton forms a relatively stable and loose arch structure,thereby the permeability coefficient of the near pipe formation is increased,the drainage efficiency is improved,and the silting is not easily caused.The loose arch structure formed outside the white steel mesh has a certain stability.Increasing the water head in the seepage process within a certain range will only accelerate the formation of the reverse filtration arch,and will not damage the arch structure.
