摘要
本文从高校心理健康教育的现实审视入手,剖析心理健康教育中面临的困境,以跨学科教育为基础,从构建心理健康教育四级组织体系、构建辐射全面的教学体系、构建五层圈式目标体系三个层面入手提出心理健康跨学科教育体系建构的宏观思路。最后,从构建课程心理健康教育体系、创新心理健康教育方式、完善心理健康教育评价机制等方面提出微观路径。
Starting with the reality of mental health education in Colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced in mental health education,and puts forward the macro idea of the construction of mental health interdisciplinary education system from three aspects:the construction of four-level organization system of mental health education,the construction of comprehensive teaching system and the construction of five-level circle goal system.Finally,it puts forward the micro path from the aspects of constructing the curriculum mental health education system,innovating the mode of mental health education and perfecting the evaluation mechanism of mental health education.
