摘要
辽育白牛的父本为夏洛莱牛(Charolais),母本为辽宁省本地黄牛,通过杂交育种技术培育出来,2010年通过国家肉牛品种认定,是我国自主培育获得的新品种。因为辽育白牛肉质极好、抗逆性强、耐粗饲,品种优势显著,受到养殖人员的高度喜爱。随着辽育白牛产业的快速发展,辽宁省锦州市黑山县逐渐成为辽育白牛生产优势区域。如何推进辽育白牛产业的进一步发展有待探讨。文章分析了辽育白牛产业的发展现状,列举了产业发展中存在的各类问题,并以此作为着力点,思考了辽育白牛产业未来发展之路。
The male parent of Liaoyu white cattle is Charolais,and the female parent is a kind of local yellow cattle in Liaoning Province.It was bred through hybrid breeding and recognized as the national beef cattle breed in 2010,which is a new breed independently bred in China.Because of its excellent quality,strong stress resistance and coarse feeding resistance,its variety advantages are significant,making it highly favored by breeders.With the rapid development of Liaoyu white cattle industry,Heishan County,Jinzhou City of Liaoning Province has gradually become the production advantage area.How to promote the further development of Liaoyu white cattle industry remained to be discussed.The developing status of Liaoyu white cattle industry was analyzed,the problems existing in the industry development were listed,and the future development of Liaoyu white cattle industry was considered.
