摘要
锅炉埋管爆管是锅炉常见的事故之一。引起埋管爆管的原因较多,如腐蚀、磨损、结垢和膨胀不均产生拉裂等。结合宏观检查、光谱和金相分析以及化验数据对某热电厂2台流化床锅炉埋管发生爆管的原因进行了剖析,发现导致爆管的主要原因是锅炉水质检测监管缺失,尤其锅炉给水氧含量和冷凝回水不合格回水造成系统内沉积物的累积,同时锅炉排污系统不彻底造成埋管内沉积物堵塞也是导致爆管的主要原因。针对上述原因,提出了相应的防治对策,为同类锅炉的运行管理提供借鉴。
Boiler pipe bursting is one of the common accidents in boilers. There are many causes of buried tube burst,such as corrosion,wear,scaling and uneven expansion resulting in pulling and cracking. This paper combines macroscopic inspection,spectroscopic and metallurgical analysis and laboratory data on a thermal power plant two fluidized bed boiler buried tube burst of the reasons for the analysis,found that the main reason for the burst is the lack of supervision of boiler water quality testing,especially the boiler feed water oxygen content and condensate return water unqualified return water caused by the accumulation of sediments in the system,while the boiler drainage system is not complete causing the buried tube sediment blockage is also the main reason for the burst the main reason. For the above reasons,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the operation and management of similar boilers.
