横承式便梁体系应用技术研究

摘要 横承式便梁体系可应用于下穿铁路框构桥顶进施工时的既有线加固,该体系可减小对既有线的运营干扰,为了推动其工程应用,本文对横承式便梁体系的结构分析、平面和横断面布置、限界检算思路、施工步骤等方面进行了研究。明确了体系布置原则,提出了确定各构件位置关系的计算思路,阐述了便梁线外拼装、滑移就位的施工步骤,研究成果为横承式便梁体系应用提供了参考。 The Transverse Supported Beam System can be applied on the reinforcement of existing railway in the process of jacking frame bridge.The system can reduce the impact of railway transportation, for the purpose of promoting its engineering application, structural analysis, plane and cross-section layout, railway clearance calculation, construction steps were studied.The principle of system arrangement is clarified, the calculation idea of determining the component position is proposed, the construction steps of components assembled out-of-line and sliding to position are described. The research results provide a reference for the application of transverse supported beam system.
