摘要
目的探讨基于需要层次理论的护理模式在卵巢囊肿患者术后自护能力及康复中的应用效果。方法选取86例卵巢囊肿手术治疗患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组患者术后采取常规护理,观察组患者术后采取基于需要层次的护理模式。对比两组患者术后自护能力及康复效果。结果护理前,两组患者自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者ESCA评分均高于护理前,且观察组评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后首次排气时间、首次下床时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率13.95%低于对照组2.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对卵巢囊肿患者术后采取基于需要层次理论的护理模式可有效改善术后康复效果,提升自护能力,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing model based on hierarchy of needs theory in postoperative self-care ability and rehabilitation of patients with ovarian cyst.Methods 86 patients with ovarian cysts were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing after operation,while patients in the observation group received nursing mode based on the hierarchy of needs after operation.The postoperative self-care ability and recovery effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the score of self-care Ability Scale(ESCA)between the two groups(P>0,05).After nursing,the ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first exhaust time,first out of bed time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 13.95% lower than 2.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing model based on hierarchy of needs theory can effectively improve postoperative recovery and self-care ability for patients with ovarian cysts,which has clinical application value.
