摘要
为增加污水处理厂提标改造工艺的可选与灵活性,采用弹性立体填料的生物接触氧化中试装置,考察其对二沉池出水中氨氮的去除效果及影响因素。结果表明:后置生物接触氧化系统的挂膜启动方式简单迅速,运行期间后置生物接触氧化能有效应对二沉池出水氨氮的波动,停留时间和气水比是其稳定运行的关键,在设计时应考虑滤料清洗及排泥系统。
In order to increase the selection and flexibility of the upgrading and reconstruction process of the sewage treatment plant, a biological contact oxidation pilot device with elastic solid packing was used to investigate the removal effect and influencing factors of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent of secondary sedimentation tank. The results showed that the start-up process of biofilm of the post biological contact oxidation system was simple and quick. During operation, the post biological contact oxidation system could effectively respond to the fluctuation of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent of secondary sedimentation tank. Retention time and gas/water ratio were the key to its stable operation, and the filter cleaning and sludge discharge system should be considered during the design stage.
