摘要
为提高管道清管作业风险分析的准确性,将原HAZOP分析中的引导词进行了合并映射处理,定义了作业步骤偏离度、减缓措施偏离度和综合偏离度来量化HAZOP分析中的偏差结果,对偏离等级进行了划分,并以某输气站收球作业为例进行了分析。结果表明,该方法可识别更多的风险偏差,减少事故场景的遗漏,在现有的作业条件下,收球筒两端压力不一致、未完全打开放空阀和收球筒未进行氮气置换的综合偏离度较大,需根据现有情况采取相应的安全措施,分析结果与现场实际情况相符。研究结果可为管道清管作业过程的事故预防提供实际参考。
In order to improve the accuracy of the pipeline pigging operation risk analysis,the guide words in the original HAZOP analysis were merged and mapped, the deviation degree of operation steps, the deviation degree of mitigation measures and the comprehensive deviation degree were defined to quantify the deviation results in HAZOP analysis, the deviation grade was divided, and the ball collection operation of a gas transmission station was analyzed as an example. Results show that this method can identify more risk expected deviation, reduce the omission of accident scene. Under the existing operating conditions, the pressure at both ends of the pigging ball receiver is not consistent, the vent valve is not fully opened, and the comprehensive deviation degree of the pigging ball receiver without nitrogen replacement is large, the corresponding safety measures should be taken according to the existing situation, the analysis results are consistent with the actual situation in the field. The results can provide practical reference for accident prevention in pigging process.
