摩擦焊转速对锻钢活塞组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Friction Welding Rotating Speed on Micro-structure and Property of Forged Steel Piston

摘要 采用摩擦焊接工艺研究了摩擦焊转速对焊接接头组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:锻钢活塞焊接前焊接面存在较严重的带状铁素体。当转速较低(1 000 r/min)时,焊缝处的带状铁素体未完全发生相变;当转速较高(1 210 r/min)时,焊缝处形成针状马氏体。当转速较低或较高时,焊接试样在折弯试验中从焊缝中心处发生断裂;当转速适中(1 141 r/min)时,焊接试样在折弯试验中合格。在焊缝中心的断裂为脆性断裂,在热影响区外的断裂为韧性断裂。 This paper investigated the effect of friction welding speed on the microstructure and properties of welded joints by friction welding process.The results show the presence of more severe banded ferrite in the weld surface of the forged steel piston before welding.When the rotating speed is low(1 000 r/min),the band ferrite at the weld does not undergo complete phase transformation.When the rotating speed is high(1 210 r/min),the needle-like martensite is formed at the weld seam.Fracture of the welded specimen is brought about from the center of the weld in the bending test at lower or higher rotating speeds.When the rotating speed is moderate(1 141 r/min),the welded specimen is qualified in the bending test.The fracture in the center of the weld is brittle fracture,and the fracture outside the heat affected zone is ductile fracture.
