摘要
随着我国生活垃圾产生量快速增长,生活垃圾分类管理已成为重要课题。德国、日本等发达国家通过完善法律法规、明确分类标准、发动全民参与等,使生活垃圾分类管理体系日趋完善。相比之下,我国生活垃圾分类工作刚刚起步,应积极借鉴发达国家的管理经验,从完善立法、严格执法、明确标准、加强指导、发动多元主体、加强宣传教育等方面着手,建立和完善适合我国发展现状的生活垃圾分类制度。
With the rapid growth of domestic waste production in China,the classification management of domestic waste has become an important topic. Developed countries such as Germany and Japan have improved the domestic waste classification management system by improving laws and regulations,clarifying classification standards,and mobilizing the participation of the whole people. In contrast,the domestic waste classification in China has just started,we should actively learn from the management experience of developed countries,to establish a domestic waste classification system suitable for China’s development status,by improving legislation,strictly enforcing law,clarifying standards,strengthening guidance,mobilizing multiple subjects,and strengthening publicity and education.
