摘要
详细整理了微气泡的制备方法,比较了传统的制备方法的优缺点以及大规模应用的领域。总结了气液固多相体系中微气泡的检测与表征方法,包括光导纤维探针、电导探针和丝网传感器等侵入式测量技术,以及高速相机、伽马射线或超快X射线断层扫描等非侵入式测量技术,用以分析鼓泡塔内多相体系的局部气含率、气泡的形状、气泡的尺寸分布情况以及鼓泡内多相体系中气液流动气泡等。基于上述尺度效应,微气泡构成的多相体系具有传质效率高、吸附性能强、停留时间长等特性,分析了微气泡在流动减阻、水处理、矿物浮选、化工传质与反应等领域的应用情况,为扩展微气泡的应用范围与相关技术开发做准备。
This paper presented preparation of microbubbles in detail,compared the advantages and disadvantages of traditional preparation methods and the fields of large-scale application.The detection and characterization methods of microbubbles in gas-liquid-solid multiphase systems was also summarized,including invasive measurement techniques such as optical fiber probes,conductance probes and wire mesh sensors,as well as non-invasive measurement techniques,i.e.,high-speed cameras,Gamma rays and ultrafast X-ray tomography.According to the detection method,the local gas holdup,bubble shape,bubble size distribution,and the gas-liquid flow pattern in the multiphase system of the bubble column was also elaborated.Based on scale effects,the multiphase system composed of microbubbles has the characteristics of high mass transfer efficiency,strong adsorption performance and long residence time.The applications of microbubbles in the fields of flow drag reduction,water treatment,mineral flotation,chemical mass transfer and reaction were correspondingly analyzed.Thus,this work provided a preparation for the expansion of the application scope of microbubbles and the development of related technologies.
