摘要
目的:研发生姜提取物免洗洗手液并评估该洗手液的抑菌效果。方法:采用挥发油蒸馏提取装置,提取生姜提取物及有效成分;通过卡波姆940、甘油、吐温80等为基质,制备无醇免洗凝胶抑菌剂;通过空白组,实验组,对照组采用平板菌落计数法进行评价抑菌性能测定。结果:本实验研制的生姜免洗凝胶剂不分层,对手部细菌有明显抑制作用,较市售的舒肤佳洗手抑菌能力更强,且杀菌效力能维持2~3小时。结论:该生姜提取物免洗洗手液是一款性能稳定、温和、抑菌效果良好、肤感较好、对皮肤刺激较少的天然成分免洗洗手液。
Objective:To research the ginger extract liquid washing your hands free and to assess the effect of antibacterial hand sanitizer.Methods:the essential oil distillation extraction device,the extraction of ginger essential oil and effective constituents;through carbomer 940,glycerin,polysorbate 80,as the substrate,such as antibacterial agent without alcohol disposable gel preparation;through the blank group,experimental group and control group using tablet colony counting method to evaluate antibacterial performance measurement.Results:The experimental research of ginger disposable gels stratification,have obvious inhibition of bacteria,a commercially available safeguard stronger antibacterial ability to wash your hands,and the sterilization effect can last 2~3 hours.Conclusion:The ginger essential oil washing hands free liquid is a stable performance,moderate,good bacteriostatic effect,good skin feels,less stimulation to the skin natural ingredients from liquid washing your hands.
