类Fenton催化剂催化氧化处理制药废水尾水的研究

摘要 分别以木糠和秸秆作为载体,铁氧化物作为催化活性组分,在不同的制备方式下制备中性催化剂,并通过中性催化氧化处理制药废水尾水试验,以测试不同催化剂的效果。结果表明,在四组催化剂中,直接活化煅烧而成的催化剂效果较碳化后活化的好,其中以木糠为载体直接制备而得的催化剂效果最好,对污染物浓度较低的制药废水尾水最高去除率达到68%;连续试验12 h后,COD的去除率仍可达到58%,平均去除率达到62%。 Using wood bran and straw as the carrier and iron oxide as the catalytically active component,neutral catalysts were prepared under different preparation methods,and the pharmaceutical wastewater tail water was treated by neutral catalytic oxidation test to test the effects of different catalysts.The results showed that among the four groups of catalysts,the catalysts obtained by direct activation and calcination had better effects than those after carbonization.Among them,the catalyst prepared directly with wood bran as a carrier had the best effect.The highest water removal rate reached 68%,after 12 h of continuous testing,COD removal rate could still reach 58%,and the average removal rate reached 62%.
