摘要
随着时代发展,道路和桥梁的专业种类越来越多,桥梁工程项目施工愈加复杂,各个专业的工作难以协同。为了提高桥梁工程项目的设计和施工效率,优化各阶段施工方案,以实际桥梁工程项目为例,引入建筑信息模型(BIM)以建立基于BIM的全生命周期管理系统,对全阶段设计及施工方案进行优化,搭建技术协作和交流讨论的平台,并进行了BIM技术的适用性分析。研究表明桥梁工程项目中引入BIM技术可减少施工问题和二次返工现象,优化设计,提高施工效率和管理水平,从而降低项目成本,提高效益。文中可为BIM技术应用到桥梁工程项目的建设提供一定的参考。
The construction of roads and bridges is with complex as the professional requirements of the engineering projects,and it is difficult to coordinate the works of each part in the construction.To improve the efficiency of de⁃sign and construction of the projects,different stages of construction schemes were optimized.Taking a bridge proj⁃ect as the case,the building information model(BIM)is used to establish the total life cycle management system to optimize the design and construction of the stages.Technical collaboration and discussion platform were set up,and the applicability of the BIM technology was analyzed.The results shows that the proposed method can reduce con⁃struction problems and secondary rework phenomenon.With optimized designs,the construction efficiency and man⁃agement level were improved,which reduces the project costs and improves the benefits.This paper may provide the reference for the application of BIM technology to the construction of bridge engineering projects.
