摘要
目的:探讨基于保护动机理论的护理干预在学龄期支气管哮喘患儿中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年5月无锡市儿童医院收治的128例学龄期支气管哮喘患儿,以随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各64例。对照组行常规护理,观察组以此为基础,实施基于保护动机理论的护理干预,比较两组的自我管理、保护动机及生活质量评分。结果:干预前,两组日常生活管理、疾病医学管理、社会心理管理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组以上各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组保护动机各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组保护动机各维度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组哮喘生活质量问卷(AQLQ)各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组AQLQ各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于保护动机理论的护理干预在学龄期支气管哮喘患儿中应用价值较高,可提高患儿自我管理能力及生活质量,促进其形成保护动机,值得应用。
Objective:To explore the application value of nursing intervention based on the theory of protective motivation in school-age children with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 128 cases of school-age children with bronchial asthma admitted to Wuxi Children’s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing intervention based on the theory of protective motivation.The scores of self-management,protective motivation and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of daily life management,disease medical management and social psychological management between the two groups (P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of the above dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of all dimensions of protective motivation between the two groups (P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of protection motivation in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the asthma quality of life questionnaire (AQLQ) scores of each dimension between the two groups (P>0.05).After the intervention,the AQLQ scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on the theory of protective motivation has high application value in school-age children with bronchial asthma,which can improve children’s self-management ability and quality of life,and promote the formation of protective motivation,which is worthy of application.
