烙铁头蛇毒血小板聚集素对体内血小板的影响

EFFECTS OF TRIMERESURUS MUCROSQUAMATUS AGGREGOSERPENTIN ON PIATELET IN VIVO

摘要 给动物注射烙铁头蛇毒血小板聚集素(Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus Aggregoserpentin,TMVA)后观察到小白鼠血小板数迅速下降,并伴血小板体积增高。用显微电视系统观察了地鼠颊囊微血管中血小板行为,发现给地鼠注射TMVA后虽有血小板数下降,但未见微血管内有血小板聚集体形成。在病理形态观察中,实验动物的脾脏红髓噬细胞内出现被吞噬的红色块状物(可能为血小板)。上述结果表明,实验动物体内循环血小板数的下降可能是受TMVA作用的血小板在未形成聚集体之前被网状内皮系统吞噬、破坏所致。 In the mice intravenous given with TMVA, decreased platelet counts and increased platelet volumes were observed. Using microtelevision system, under microscope we observed the platelet behaviour in microvesculum of buccal bursa of hamster. Although platelet counts in mice intravenous given with TMVA markedly fall down, no platelet aggregation in microvasculum has been observed. In the red pulp of spleen of experimental animals, red homogeneous mass could be seen in the macrophages. The results indicated that the decreasing of circular platelet counts in experimental animals might be due to platelet phagocytosis by reticulo-endothelial system before the formation of aggregates of platelets affected by TMVA.
