摘要
中国改进型三环路压水堆(CPR1000)核电厂电动主给水泵系统承担向蒸汽发生器二次侧供水的重要功能,以近年两起主给水泵系统运行事件为研究对象,对备用泵联锁启动失败原因进行了分析并提出了相应改进措施。针对泵出口压力低低跳泵及联启逻辑设计缺陷,增加了跳泵允许条件自保持和复位功能,针对状态偏差复位功能不满足运行失效信号设计要求的情况,对组态实现方案进行了改进并新增了状态偏差报警。改进后的系统跳泵及联启方案经理论分析及模拟机验证后在同类型机组得以推广实施,提升了电动主给水泵系统应对复杂工况的能力,有效避免了同类事件的重发,提高了机组运行的稳定性和安全性,也为同类泵组的逻辑优化改进提供了良好经验反馈。
The electric main feed water pump system of CPR1000 nuclear power plant is responsible for supplying water to the secondary side of the steam generator. Taking two operation events of the main feed water pump system in recent years as the object for study, the reasons for the failure of the standby pump start-up were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures were proposed. In view of the design defects of low pressure pump tripping at the pump outlet and interlock starting logic, the functions of self-holding and reset of allowable condition of pump tripping are added. In view of the situation that the reset function of state deviation does not meet the design requirements of operation failure signals, the configuration implementation scheme is improved and the state deviation alarm is added. The improved system interlock start-up scheme was analyzed and verified by the simulator and was popularized and implemented in the CPR1000 unit, which improved the ability of the electric main feed water pump system to deal with complex working conditions, effectively avoided the recurrence of similar events, improved the stability and the safety of the unit operation, and also provided good experience feedback for the optimization and improvement of similar pump sets.
