河南省4起食源性疾病暴发事件的关联溯源分析 被引量:1

Association traceability analysis of four food-borne disease outbreaks in Henan province

摘要 目的对4起食源性疾病暴发事件进行病原菌分离鉴定和关联性溯源分析,调查事件发生原因。方法采集相关样品进行实验室检测,利用基质辅助激光解析飞行时间质谱和VITEK 2 compact全自动微生物鉴定仪对分离菌株鉴定,按照试剂盒说明进行血清学分型,利用脉冲场凝胶电泳和BioNumerics 7.6软件对其进行分子生物学分型和同源性溯源分析。结果4起食源性疾病暴发事件暴露人数共475人,患病89例,罹患率18.74%,死亡0例。从4起暴发事件食物样品和病例粪便样品中均检出乙型副伤寒沙门菌,4株食物分离株和3株病例分离株的聚类分析结果显示100%同源性。结论本次食源性疾病暴发事件由乙型副伤寒沙门菌引起,所有分离株均为同一带型,溯源结果显示4起暴发事件原因食品为同一来源。 Objective Pathogen identification and traceability analysis of four food-borne disease outbreaks was conducted to explore the cause of the food poisoning incident.Methods Relevant samples were collected for laboratory testing.The isolates were identified and classified by matrix assisted laser desorption time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)and VITEK 2 compact automatic bacterial identification instrument.The molecular typing and homology analysis of the isolates were performed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)and BioNumerics 7.6 software.Results In total,there were 475 persons with exposure,and 89 of them were sick and 0 died in the four food-borne disease outbreaks.Salmonella paratyphoid B was identified in food samples and stool samples from the four outbreaks.The cluster analysis results of the four isolates from foods and three isolates from patients showed 100%homology.Conclusion The four food-borne disease outbreaks were caused by Salmonella paratyphi B,and PFGE results showed all isolates belong to the same band type.The traceability results showed that the four food-borne disease outbreaks originated from the same food.
