摘要
本文以实际项目生产为例,介绍了基于倾斜摄影测量及图库一体化等技术的“房地一体”作业新模式。以倾斜摄影测量技术为基础进行调查底图生产,以针对性的“房地一体”软件为基础进行模板制作并导出,在导出的模板基础上进行外业权籍资料调查,将编辑后的数据与调查结果直接导入软件进行数据整理及入库,公示后进行批量图表输出。经实际项目验证,这种全新的作业模式与传统作业模式相比,不仅提高了生产效率,也保证了权籍调查数据质量。
Taking actual project as an example, this paper introduces a new operational mode of land and house integration based on oblique photogrammetry and graph-database integration. The oblique photogrammetry method was used to produce the base map, and the template was produced and exported with the help of targeted land and house integration software. On the basis of the exported template, the ownership information was investigated, the edited data and survey results are directly imported into the software for data sorting and storing, and batch charts were output after publicity. It is proved by the project that the new operational mode not only improves the production efficiency, but also ensures the survey data quality compared with that of the traditional.
