摘要
教育是国之大计,党之大计。落实“双减”政策,有助于我国义务教育阶段回归教育育人初心、促进学生健康成长、减轻家长双重负担,进而推动基础教育回归正确轨道,全面提升教育质量,发展绿色健康教育。然而,在义务教育阶段落实“双减”政策的过程中出现学校教育能否提质增效、校外培训能否源头治理、配套工作能否建立健全等诸多难点。为积极应对落实“双减”政策的各项难点,必须深化教育改革,促进学校教育公平而有质量;加强监督管理,全面规范校外培训行为;做好配套工作,健全相关服务制度体系。
Education is vital to both our country and our Party.To carry out the“ShuangJian”policy can help our country compulsory education stage regress the original intention,promote the healthy growth of students,lessen parents'double burden,thus promote basic education return to the correct track,comprehensive improve education quality and develop green health education.However,in the implementation process of the compulsory education stage“ShuangJian”policy,there are many difficulties such as whether school education can improve quality and efficiency,whether after-school training can be managed from the source,and whether supporting work can be established and improved.To actively respond to carry out the“ShuangJian”policy in all kinds of difficulties,the education reform must be deepen to promote the fairness and quality of school education;supervision and management must be strengthen to comprehensively standardize the behavior of off-campus training;supporting work must be done well to improve the relevant service system.
