摘要
伴随着我国经济和“大健康”产业的快速发展,人们对护理人员的综合素质和能力的要求越来越高。传统的教学方式已经不能适应当代护理教育的需求,因此需要采用科学的方法促进护理教学改革,尤其是实践教学改革。文章分析了我院“成人护理(内护)”综合实训教学改革中存在的问题,剖析了我院参加大赛对内护实训教学的启示,并提出相应的综合实训教学改革措施,旨在为内护综合实训教学改革提供参考。
The comprehensive quality and ability of the nurses are higher required with the rapid development of the economy and Big Health Industry in our country.The traditional teaching method has been un⁃able to meet the needs of the present nursing education.Therefore,scientific methods should be used to promote nursing teaching reform,especially practical teaching reform.This study made an analysis of the problems in the present practical teaching of Medical Nursing and the inspiration from participating in the Health and Care Com⁃petition of Polytechnic College in Jiangsu Province.Corresponding teaching reform measures were put forward,which aimed to provide reference for the teaching reform of comprehensive practical training in Medical Nursing.
