摘要
渤海区块的复杂钻井问题主要为漏失问题,而漏失裂缝宽度预测是防漏堵漏设计的基础,它们受地应力、井筒波动压力、岩石性质、天然裂缝等多种因素的共同影响,预测难度极大。裂缝性井漏问题严重威胁着钻井生产安全与进度,目前现场堵漏成功率较低,其中一个重要原因就是无法准确预测裂缝宽度,裂缝宽度认知的局限性导致难以选择合适的堵漏措施及堵漏材料的粒径。采用多种裂缝预测模型,计算漏失层位的裂缝宽度。发现预测的裂缝宽度在430~890μm范围内,与成像测井解释的裂缝宽度较一致;并通过实验得到针对该缝宽的堵漏配方。
The complex drilling problems in Bohai bay are mainly lost circulation,and the prediction of fracture width is the basis for the design of loss prevention and control. Lost circulation is controlled by many factors,such as field stress,wellbore fluctuation pressure,rock properties,natural fractures and so on,so the prediction is difficult.The problem of lost circulation in fractured formation seriously threatens the safety and progress of drilling,and the success rate of lost circulation control is low at present. One of the important reasons is that the width of fracture cannot be accurately predicted,and the limitation of the cognition of fracture width makes it difficult to choose appropriate plugging measures and the particle size of plugging material. A variety of fracture prediction models were used to calculate the fracture width of the lost zone. It is found that the predicted fracture widths are in the range of 430-890um,which is consistent with the fracture widths interpreted by imaging logging. The lost circulation materials for the width of the fracture was obtained through experiments.
