冬瓜果实形状的主基因+多基因遗传分析 被引量:8

Genetic Analysis of Fruit Morphological Traits in Wax Gourd by Mixture Model of Major Genes and Polygenes

摘要 果实形状是评价冬瓜外观品质的一个重要指标。开展冬瓜果实形状遗传研究、分析其遗传机制,为冬瓜优质育种提供依据。本研究以圆球形冬瓜YO-16和圆柱形冬瓜KX-8为亲本,构建4个世代(P1,P2,F1,F2)遗传群体,并结合主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对冬瓜果实的纵径、横径和果形指数进行遗传及相关分析。结果表明,果形指数与果实纵径、果实横径间呈极显著相关性,其中果形指数与果实纵径的相关性最大。果实纵径的最适合遗传模型是MX2-AD-AD,符合2对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型,其主基因和多基因遗传率分别为87.0085%和4.7968%;果实横径和果形指数的最适合遗传模型都是MX2-ADI-AD,符合2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型,其主基因遗传率分别为82.6237%和89.4035%,多基因遗传率分别为1.7659%和1.0203%。上述性状的主基因遗传率均远大于多基因遗传率,以主基因遗传为主。因此,在冬瓜优质育种过程中要重视利用主基因,应在早期世代对果形性状进行选择。 Fruit morphological trait is an important index to evaluate the appearance quality of wax gourd.Carry out the research on the heredity of the shape of wax gourd and analyze its genetic mechanism to provide a basis for the breeding of wax gourd with high quality.In this study,four generations(P1,P2,F1and F2)genetic populations were constructed with spherical wax gourd YO-16 and cylindrical wax gourd KX-8 as parents.The joint segregation analysis method of mixed major gene plus polygene genetic model was applied to analyze the fruit morphological traits of wax gourd and correlation among fruit length(FL),fruit width(FW)and fruit shape index(FSI).The results showed that FSL was significantly correlated with FL and FW,and the correlation between FSL and FL was the largest.The optimal genetic model of FL was two major genes of additive-dominant effects plus additive-dominant effects polygene genetic model(MX2-AD-AD)with the genetic rate of 87.0085%and 4.7968%for major genes and polygenes,respectively.MX2-ADI-AD is the most suitable genetic model for FW and FL,which is consistent with the mixed genetic model of two major genes of additive-ominant-epistasis effects plus additive-dominant effects polygene.The heritability rates of the major genes were 82.6237%and 89.4035%,respectively,and the polygene heritability rates were 1.7655%and 1.0203%,respectively.The heritability of major genes was much higher than that of polygenes,and major genes were dominant.Therefore,we should pay attention to the use of major genes in the process of high quality breeding of wax gourd,and the fruit shape traits should be selected in the early generation.
