摘要
反流性食管炎作为胃食管反流病的亚型之一,是目前消化系统疾病中的常见病种,近年来更是有患病率逐年上升的趋势,其所带来的危害不容忽视。中医近年来在治疗反流性食管炎方面取得了长足进步,现分别从中医学对本病的认识、辨证分型、治疗及致病机制研究等角度整理近年来相关研究文献,综合分析近年来中医在治疗反流性食管炎方面的发展现状,冀为临床治疗本病提供参佐。
As one of the subtypes of gastroesophageal reflux disease,reflux esophagitis is a common disease in digestive system diseases.In recent years,the prevalence rate is increasing year by year,and its harm cannot be ignored.Traditional Chinese medicine has made great progresses in the treatment of reflux esophagitis in recent years.Now the relevant research literature in recent years is sorted out from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine's understanding on the disease,syndrome differentiation,treatment and pathogenic mechanism,and the development status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis in recent years is comprehensively analyzed,with a prospect of providing reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.
