摘要
目的探讨健脾益肾固精方治疗脾肾气虚型早期糖尿病肾病患者的效果及对机体炎性因子和血液流变学的影响。方法选择102例脾肾气虚型早期糖尿病肾病患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各51例。两组给予西医常规治疗,观察组同时给予健脾益肾固精方口服治疗,均治疗12周。比较两组患者治疗前后的血清白细胞介素17、转化生长因子β1、超氧化物歧化酶、尿素氮、胱抑素C、肌酐水平及24 h尿蛋白水平,血浆纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度及中医症状积分,以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组的血清白细胞介素17、胱抑素C、转化生长因子β1、尿素氮、肌酐水平,血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血浆纤维蛋白原、24 h尿蛋白水平及中医症状积分均低于治疗前及对照组,血清超氧化物歧化酶水平均高于治疗前及对照组,且治疗总有效率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用健脾益肾固精方治疗脾肾气虚型早期糖尿病肾病患者,效果显著,有助于减轻机体炎症反应,改善血液流变学指标。
Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Yishen Gujing Prescription in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy in spleen and kidney qi deficiency type and its influence on the body′s inflammatory factors,and hemorheology.Methods A total of 102 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in spleen and kidney qi deficiency type were selected and randomly assigned to control group or observation group,with 51 cases in each group.Both groups were given Western Medicine for routine treatment;simultaneously,the observation group received oral therapy of Jianpi Yishen Gujing Prescription.All the two groups received a 12-week treatment.The pre-and post-treatment levels of serum interleukin 17,transforming growth factorβ1,superoxide dismutase,urea nitrogen,cystatin C,creatinine,and 24 hours urinary protein level,plasma fibrinogen,red blood cell aggregation index,plasma viscosity,and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,as well as total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin 17,cystatin C,transforming growth factorβ1,urea nitrogen,creatinine,and plasma viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index,plasma fibrinogen,24 hours urinary protein level,and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those before treatment and of the control group,whereas serum superoxide dismutase was higher than that before treatment and of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine therapy,additionally employing Jianpi Yishen Gujing Prescription in treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy in spleen and kidney qi deficiency type exerts a prominent effect,which is beneficial to alleviate the body′s inflammatory response,and to ameliorate hemorheological indices.
