摘要
根据目前大多数电动轮椅的控制模式,提出了一种姿态控制轮椅结构,适用于腿脚行动不便但上身运动机能健全的群体,使用者在座椅上通过姿态变化就可以达到控制轮椅行驶的目的。为使姿态控制轮椅达到使用要求采用结构设计。为确定姿态控制轮椅的结构满足要求,模拟使用者在不同姿态下姿态控制轮椅的行驶状态。为减少振动对座椅造成的影响,为姿态控制轮椅设计减震结构,并通过Adams仿真软件对姿态控制轮椅进行振动分析,结果表明该结构具有良好的减震效果。
According to the current control mode of most electric wheelchairs,a posture control wheelchair structure is proposed,which is suitable for some groups with legs disabled but upper body with enough motor function,the movement of the wheelchair can be controlled by changing the posture of the user on the chair.The structure design is adopted to make the posture control wheelchair reach the use requirements of the wheelchair.The driving state of the wheelchair under different posture is simulated,and the structure of the wheelchair is determined to reach the requirement.In order to reduce the influence of vibration on the seat,a vibration damping structure is designed for the posture control wheelchair.The vibration analysis of the wheelchair is carried out by using Adams simulation software,which proves that the vibration damping effect of the structure is good.
